UNLOCKED: The Living Civic Ecosystem
UNLOCKED is more than a program — it's a living tapestry of peer mentoring circles, advocacy coalitions, leadership pipelines, and action committees meeting every week at Center for Independent Living, Jacksonville.
UNLOCKED_ Wednesdays @ 6PM are recurring community circles that create the connective tissue of the entire ecosystem.
People move fluidly between mentoring, advocacy, creativity, employment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, friendship, and independent living — building compound reactions with every connection made.

While UNLOCKED Wednesdays are weekly (4x/month), individual UNLOCKED branches rotate within the schedule monthly (1x/month). Each branch will utilize Robert's Rules and feed omni-directionally into the UNLOCKED ecosystem.
